looking back on the first quarter

This is my first marking period of art in the high school that i actually picked for myself. when i look back on the first quarter from  now i think i actually did a lot better than i though i would do. Also it was a fun great beginning to the year and i am exited for the up coming lantern project.    

President Collage

This is the first time i ever had to do a collage on my own. in the beginning i had no idea what i was going to do. i think that was the hardest part, that there was no set way to do it. that meant the whole time you where just hoping that it would be accepted by the teacher and others.

Shoe Drawing

This is the the first project i have had in art ever. I thought this is a decent drawing because every time i came into the class the shoes would be in a different place. when i first started i drew the moccasin from the front and next time it was sideways under other shoes so i had to draw and shade from the picture i first had in my mind.
